Get Started with Rendering

Create Account

Go to Rynus Cloud to create a Rynus account. You can sign up by using:

  • Your email 
  • Your Google, Facebook, X, or Apple account

Choose your preferred option, then click Register to complete your registration.

If you register using your email address, make sure to verify it.

Then Sign In to your account to join Rynus. 

Deposit Account

Rynus’s payment system is deposit-based, meaning you need to deposit funds (either in Rynus tokens or USD) into your Rynus account before requesting a computing job. 

Deposit in Rynus tokens

Rynus tokens are sold and bought on Cryptocurrency Exchanges. To use Rynus tokens, you must connect a crypto wallet to your account.

Step 1: Connect Wallet

1. Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner and choose Connect Wallet.

2. A list of supported wallets window pops up, choose the Wallet you want to use and connect it to your account.

3. Now, your Wallet is connected to your Rynus account. 

Step 2: Deposit Rynus tokens

1. Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner and choose Recharge.

2. A Recharge window pops up, go to the Add Rynus tokens tab.

3. Enter the token amount you want and click Deposit.

Deposit in USD

Besides Rynus tokens, you can deposit in USD through Onepay, PayPal, Banking, or Stripe. 

1. Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner and choose Recharge.

2. A Recharge window pops up, go to the Add $ credits tab.

3. Enter the USD amount you want and click Deposit.

Upload Job Data

Rynus supports uploading data through both the web (via the ASSETS section) and the desktop app (Rynus Transfer app). The uploaded data is synchronized seamlessly between the web and the desktop app’s INPUT drive.

For faster upload speed, we recommend you use the desktop app. 

Upload through the Web

1. Navigate to the ASSETS section, and choose Upload.

2. Drag & Drop or upload your folder(s) and/or file(s) from your personal computer. 

Upload through the Rynus Transfer app

1. Navigate to the ASSETS section and download Rynus Transfer app.

2. Install Rynus Transfer.

Run the downloaded Rynus Transfer Setup file and follow the instructions to install the app. 

Install on Windows

Follow the below instructions to install Rynus Transfer app

While installing the app, it will ask you to install the Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime if you haven’t installed it on your devices.

This Windows Desktop Runtime is the prerequisite for the Rynus Transfer app. Make sure you don’t skip it.

Choose Finish to complete the installation.

3. Sign in to the app with your Rynus account

4. Upload job data.

Go to the INPUT tab >> Choose the Upload option >> Upload your Rendering job data by Folder or File.

Create a Job

1. Navigate to the GPU FOR RENDER section and click the New rendering job button.

2. Choose Source: From the list of your uploaded Rendering jobs, choose a job you want to render.

3. Configure Render Settings.

  • Name your job
  • Select a Software and its Version
  • Configure Scene parameter settings: Frame range, CUDA/OptiX/HIP/OneAPI/Metal, Resolution, and Output format
  • Select Pre-test frames: First, Middle, Last, Custom
  • Configure other settings: Frames per node, Timeout Analysis, Timeout Alert, Timeout Stop

4. Configure Network Settings.

  • Select the Worker Location
  • Select the Hardware configuration: GPU brand, GPU model, number of GPUs, and RAM
  • Select the Pricing Tier: Tier 3 – Trusted Partners, Tier 2 – Prioritize productivity, Tier 1 – Cost optimization

5. Choose the Payment type: Rynus tokens or USD credits.

6. Create Job

After configuring all the above settings, choose the Create Job button and your new job will be displayed in your job list.

Review and Approve Output

Once the rendering job is completed, you can review rendered frames with a full watermarked preview. This is to ensure your renders are properly executed.

1. Click the Details button to view the watermarked preview of rendered frames. 

2. A preview window appears showing all the rendered frames. 

From the frame timeline, select a frame you want to view in detail.

3. Approve Output

After reviewing, you can choose from the following options:

  • Accept frame: Approve the being previewed single frame
  • Accept all frames: Approve all the rendered frames
  • Re-render frame: Reject the being previewed single frame and want to re-render it
  • Change node: Change the render node for the re-render frame
  • Download outputs: Download all the rendered frames

Download Output

After the Rendering job is completed, your Rynus tokens or USD in your account will be debited and used to pay for approved frames. Once you have successfully paid for a frame, you can download it (without watermark) to your personal computer. 

Rynus supports downloading data through both the web (via the GPU FOR RENDER section) and the desktop app (Rynus Transfer app). The job results are synchronized seamlessly between the web and the desktop app’s OUTPUT drive.

For faster download speed, we recommend you use the desktop app. 

Download through the Web

Navigate to the GPU FOR RENDER section, find your completed job, and download the outputs.

Download through the Rynus Transfer app

Go to the OUTPUT tab >> Choose the job result Folder or File you want to download to your personal computer. 

  • Choose the Download button
  • Or Right-click and select the Download option

Note: The Right-click option gives you more choices besides downloading the job results. 

  • You can also Open and view the results
  • Delete the files or folders to free up the storage space
  • Rename the files or folders
  • View files and folders’ properties.
